What You’ll Be Doing: • Implementation of network security strategy including on prem and cloud enablement and establishing next generation firewall features and capabilities. • Provide analysis and recommendations for the continuous improvement of on prem and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) network security. • Maintain, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot cloud network security infrastructure solutions, including hybrid connectivity, firewalls, WAFs, Intrusion prevention and detection systems, DLP tools, etc. • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement consistent technical solutions and support processes. • Evaluate and harden tooling and instrumentation to prevent cybersecurity exploits. • Prepare and update Cybersecurity procedures, standards and/or other technical requirement documents. • Provide input on the roadmap for addressing capability gaps, maturity improvements, and innovations. • Perform and/or coordinate regular security assessments of existing or new infrastructure. • Perform duties necessary to assist in establishing practices and system configurations to ensure the safety of enterprise system assets and to protect enterprise systems from intentional or inadvertent access, compromise, or destruction. • Assists with monitoring and auditing of information systems activities and systems to confirm security policy compliance and provide management with security policy compliance assessments and system monitoring reports. • Work with stakeholders to provide security solutions that support business requirements. • Conduct security risk assessments on new products and systems, periodic security risk assessments on existing systems and identify and/or recommend appropriate security countermeasures and best practices. • Identify security gaps that expose the enterprise to potential exploits and develop short and long term prioritized remediations to address those gaps ensuring management is apprised of the risk in a timely manner. • Mentor and develop other team members. • Promote security centric knowledge sharing and enterprise security training. • Assist with on-call support as needed. BAs gather information from various sources (business, technical teams, and legacy artifacts) during the project's inception (i.e., development of the scope and outline of the general requirements) and help ensure the documented requirements are met during design, development, and testing activities. To fulfill this role, the BA will need excellent analytical, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills. BAs should help the organization see the big picture and envision possible solutions. AGENCY has initiated a project to retire legacy technologies (e.g., COBOL running on an AS/400). The BA role is critical to this project. The BA must be able to effectively organize and track work. AGENCY will look to the BA to assist with developing business analyst process standards, including establishing criteria for a Definition of Ready (DoR). Role: AI Chatbot Developer Location: Columbus, OH Client is seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer, who will develop intelligent chatbot solutions integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem and has some experience developing chatbots using Google CCAI Services. Responsibilities include building conversational interfaces, integrating with natural language processing or generative AI, and connecting hat bot systems to other software applications. AI Chatbot Developer is responsible for designing and delivering data access through APIs and ensuring that these solutions are securely deployed. The goal is to create a chatbot experience that is both conversational and natural, engaging, and intuitive. Responsibilities include: ·Develop applications that interact with web services, APIs, and other software applications. ·Designing the overall structure of the chatbot solution, including determining necessary features, user flow, API development and integration with other systems. ·Implementing and tuning Natural Language Processing techniques to improve chatbot’s understanding and response accuracy. ·Training, deploying AI models and chatbot performance monitoring by creating and utilizing Dashboards. ·Creating custom indexes, managing data sources, and tuning intent matches to improve accuracy and relevance of results within the chatbot context. ·Designing conversational flows that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience. Strong focus on making the chatbot interactions as human-like and engaging as possible. ·Analyzing chatbot interaction datat o identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Preparing reports on chatbot performance metrics. ·Identifying and resolving issues related to chatbot performance, including debugging and updating the system as necessary. ·Ensuring the chatbot complies with data privacy laws and maintaining high standards of security, especially when handling sensitive user data. ·Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX designers, and project managers. Good communication skills are essential. ·Collaborate effectively with Automation CoE team members and incorporate the established standards and adhere to organization process and ensure that solutions align with target architectures and technology roadmaps. ·Plan, Initiate and spearhead proof of concept initiatives using emerging technologies. ·Technical writing leveraging Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Sharepoint Skills and Credentials: ·Extensive knowledge of developing chatbots using Microsoft’s Bot Framework. Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Bot Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Language Service and Microsoft CoPilot is very important. ·Ability to integrate chatbots with various Microsoft services (like Office 365, Sharepoint) and third-party APIs to enhance functionality. ·Ability to develop AI chatbots using Google CCAI Services, create and utilize Looker Dashboards for performance monitoring of implemented chatbots is preferred ·Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python. Experience in developing, testing, and deploying chatbot applications. ·Ability to facilitate and leading discussions with business SME’s ·Ability to create and present Chatbot proposals and communicate both business and technical concepts. ·Ability to lead and conduct emerging technology analysis and conduct proof of concept initiatives. ·Experience in training and deploying AI models. ·Experience in leading efforts to create technology solutions and architectures impacting critical areas of the business. ·Ability to establish and maintain a high-level of customer trust and confidence. ·Ability to think critically and solve problems. ·Strong consultative skills at a cross-functional level.
