Senior Marketing Technology - Solutions Architect

Job Description: This is a remote position. About The Job: We are a leading provider of innovative business solutions, dedicated to empowering organizations through data management services and advanced marketing technology, analytics, AI, and customer data solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Consultant - Marketing Technology Solutions. This role is expected to support client project delivery as a marketing technology and data management practitioner. The Principal Consultant - Marketing Technology Solutions will be responsible for leading client projects, managing a delivery team, collaborating on MarTech Solutions go-to-market, and supporting resource enablement and presales. Ideal candidates should be comfortable leading large and small teams, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, communicate and present effectively, should excel at relationship building, and embrace a collaborative, team-first approach. Required Experience • Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing and/or managing marketing technology and customer data management solutions. • Track record of delivering on-time, on-budget, and successful marketing technology business solutions and managing high performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Solution Delivery (90%): Support client projects through senior advisory, delivery leadership, and / or solution architecture to maintain on-time, on-budget project delivery and client satisfaction. Client daily point of contact and relationship manager. Operations (5%): Support managing team portfolio, project staffing, resource training, etc. Marketing (5%): Develop client case studies and success stories, blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, and other thought leadership materials. Represent Infoverity at industry conferences, events, and webinars. Preferred Direct experience implementing or managing the following solutions: Customer Data Platforms: Treasure Data CDP, Adobe Real-Time CDP Web Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) & Email Service Providers (ESPs): Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze Content Management Systems: Adobe Experience Manager, Braze, Sitecore, Wordpress Personalization Tools: Adobe Target Skills: Marketing Technology Expertise: • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), Email Service Providers (ESPs), web analytics tools, web and mobile tracking solutions, Content Management Systems (CMSs), personalization tools, advertising and paid media solutions (social, ad exchange, etc.), and other digital marketing tools. • Understanding of broader digital marketing and marketing technology market trends and dynamics. Marketing Expertise: • Experience evaluating and defining customer personas, journeys, customer attribution, marketing measurement, and brand & channel strategies. • Knowledge of common ABM and D2C marketing and advertising strategies, trends across industries, and marketing agency dynamics. Data Management Expertise: • Knowledge of key data management concepts including data integration, data quality, data governance, machine learning, predictive analytics, AI, etc. Leadership, Communication and Delivery Management: • Experience leading successful client project teams and building trusted relationships with client leaders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business challenges.
