Question 4 Optional: candidates personal email address Complete Description: This position will be located in Columbus, OH. We are currently adhering to COVID19 guidelines and will require on site presence sometime in 2022. When direction has been given for our agency to return to the State of Office Tower, this position will be on site. This position plays a vital role in driving and facilitating process automation while optimizing business strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented while envisioning overall operational goals and has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive changes across all functions. The responsibilities and duties include: • Process mining: gathering requirements by conducting discovery sessions with business owners. • Analytical thinking: designing and implementing changes to automations that yield higher performance and resiliency while achieving lower operations overhead. • Accountability: owning the delivery of automations and serving as a technical lead. • Code, test, debug, implement, and document Process Automation (Lifecycle) • Develop and maintain funnel of projects for robotic process automation • Lead Programmer on implementation projects • Maintain and Support Process Automation ‘Robot/Development’ uptime • Experience with change management with respect to people, processes, and automation technologies • Ability to successfully roll out automation programs with demonstrable benefits • Develop, maintain, and support business applications (SQL/web-based apps) • Identify business needs through close collaboration with department managers • Streamline and improve internal processes and reporting • Drive efficiency and operational improvement using data modeling techniques • Support and train users by providing directions, corrections, and enhancements. Communicate with users to find solution to case. • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to provide coaching on system use, recommend changes and automation to improve efficiency. You’ll need the following qualifications and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study like Business Administration or Finance • Minimum four years of business analysis experience and computer programming experience (RPA, VB+, PhP) • Previous relevant experience in business process re-engineering • Experience with at least one software development methodology required like UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc. • Advanced Excel knowledge • Experience with RPA Governance / Controls • RPA programming • Code, test, debug, implement, and document automation programs It’s a strong plus if you have: • Experience with Healthcare/Mental Health environment • Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation • Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and processes and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities • Ability to operate across the business and in different environments and cultures • Microsoft SQL • Microsoft Azure • UiPath Certification
