Short Description: TAS1 Core - Mostly telework but 20% in office/end user support so the candidate must live in PA and travel to Harrisburg is required for end user support Complete Description: This is a highly technical position responsible for executing and administering configuration management of iOS/iPadOS and Android devices throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune. All along ensuring compliance with security policies established at the enterprise level without sacrificing end-user productivity. The position works cohesively within a team garnering MDM principles such as new device provisioning, software and security update installations, policy implementation, and device configuration. • Execute and administer the Commonwealth’s Intune architecture and design, including but not limited to compliance best practices, device and app lifecycles, and reporting • Configure, administer, optimize, and troubleshoot Intune by establishing Intune device configurations and compliance policies to meet ever changing and new business requirements • Manage and execute the enterprise app strategy for publicly available and internal written apps, app configuration policies for public apps, and app protection policies for business productivity apps for both Intune enrolled devices as well as personal devices for a BYOD solution • Provide user support and is responsible for the Ordering, configuration, and deployment of the Commonwealth’s mobile device platforms including, but not limited to, iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets. • Provide internal support for all Commonwealth program areas and agencies with the ability to escalate to appropriate vendor software support when needed to resolve issues in a timely manner • Possess the skill necessary to produce documentation relevant to support the Commonwealth’s device management methodology as well as instructional documentation to support MDM administrators and end users across all Commonwealth agencies • Project management skill and stakeholder management a plus • A positive customer service perspective as well as comfort working with a broad range of staff from non-technical people to the senior executives • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Office365, Apple Business Manager, Apple Volume Purchasing Program, Apple Device Enrollment Program, Managed Google Play 5 years experience
