Complete Description: The Department of Agriculture’s is seeking an experienced .NET Developer who also has hands-on experience with building and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities and Duties: • 8 years of software Development Experience • 3 years of .Net Core Experience • 3 years of Web API’s • 3 years of experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Should be well-versed in core concepts and have hands on experience in building components, using services, UI components, and modules. • Design, develop, test, build software code to provide new functionality and extend existing code base. • Experience of .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, C# • Visual Studio 2017 or newer – 7 Years (combined) • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders • Communicate with external web services. • Work in an agile team environment. • Manage and complete assigned tasks in Azure DevOps. • Strong communication skills; both written and spoken. Skills required: • Development of Information Technology Solutions 8 years • C# - 8 years • ASP.Net Core 3.1 (and higher) 3 years • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps – 3 years • UI Development • Visual Studio 2017 or higher • Entity Framework (code first/database first) • Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (creating tables, developing stored procedures, encrypting data) • Understanding of SQL Execution Plans and tuning SQL queries to improve performance. • Developing/consuming Web APIs and shared services • Responsive Web Design (Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3 development) • Knowledge of security code scans tools such as Veracode. • Experience with version control tools (GIT, Azure DevOps) • Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies • Manage work items and source code using Azure DevOps • Excellent Communication Skills
